Jennifer Cooper – Stylist / Salon Coordinator
As a member of the dsparada team for almost 3 years Jennifer takes pride in her work and every aspect of hair design. Working with the best of the best from Goldwell, Kevin Murphy, and Pureology, she has become a certified Pureologist as well as holds many certifications in keratin smoothing systems. Inspiration and education are a key part to her success. She frequently attends trend setting education seminars so they she may better serve her clients as well as stay on the “cutting edge” of hair design.
Dustin Stamey – Stylist
Since graduating from Mitchell’s HairStyling Academy in 1995, Dustin has worked at prestigious salons in Raleigh and in Florida. He has received hair color training from Wella and Goldwell along with advanced hair cutting techniques from Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon and Bumble and Bumble. He has also attended classes in advanced techniques of styling from Kevin Murphy and Kerastase of Paris. He is certified in Brazilian Blowout and Bio Ionic straightening treatments. Dustin is as well rounded stylst with a professional attitude and demeanor. He comforts his clients with his southern charm but focuses on cutting edge techniques to keep his guest on the forefront of style and fashion.
Ashley Curran – Stylist
New to the Raleigh scene, Ashley brings 8 years of experience with her from Boston, most recently as a Master Stylist at the trendy Dellaria Salon (and trained by John Dellaria). Ashley has a wide variety of experience in many hair styling techniques, most recently training at Bumble and Bumble University in Razor cuts. She keeps up-to-date with trends and education, recently taking a course at TIGI, NY in “Creative color and cutting”, and is certified in keratin smoothing treatments. Ashley has a passion for styling hair and will ensure that you leave loving your hair.
Arturo Pujol – Educational Director
Arturo, a Barcelona Spain native, comes from the world renowned” VIDAL SASSOON ” Academy and Salons in London England where he served as one of their top Stylists as well as an Instructor, having worked and taught in Manchester England and Glasgow Scotland, he was then given the opportunity to train Mitchell´s hairstyling in NC for 10 years as their advanced training Instructor. He is now pleased to join and serve with Don Stacy and their team of stylists as one of the top hair salon´s in the country!! “If you get hold of a head of hair on somebody you´ve never seen before, cut beautiful shapes, cut beautiful architectural angles and she walks out looking so different.
