It’s recommended that you schedule your appointment one to two weeks in advance. However, don’t hesitate to try for an appointment that day or week, in the event that we have an unexpected opening due to a cancellation.

We recommend that you arrive ten minutes prior to your service to relax and prepare for your haircut or coloring experience. If you are late for your appointment, it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service so we don’t delay service for our next valued client.

As a courtesy to you, dsparada Color Salon will confirm your appointment with you 24 hours in advance.

cancellation policy

Please note that we strictly adhere to a 24-hour cancellation notice policy. dsparada Color Salon reserves the right to charge you the full price of your intended salon services if they are not canceled within the 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Credit cards are required in order to hold a hair color service.

credit cards & check policy

dsparada Color Salon gladly accept personal checks. Any returned checks will be subject to an additional fee. We also accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

gift cards & gift certificates

Your dsparada Color Salon gift certificate is valid for up to six months from date of purchase. If for any reason you cannot redeem your gift certificate in that time, there will be a 20% charge to renew it for an additional six months. Gift certificates are not valid after one year. No salon services can be done without presentation of the actual gift certificate. No refunds on gift certificates or unused services.

gratuities

Gratuities are not included with your gift certificate. Gratuities are always appreciated. A gratuity box and individual gratuity envelopes are located at the front reception desk for your convenience.
