About the Role
Our Associate Program is designed for emerging beauty professionals who want to build a long-term career in a luxury salon environment. As an Associate, you will work alongside elite stylists, learn advanced techniques, and master the elevated service standards that define our brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide luxury-standard shampoos, treatments, and blowouts.
- Assist stylists with color applications, toning, and styling prep.
- Maintain an immaculate, refined salon environment.
- Prepare stations and support seamless guest experiences.
- Manage back-bar, inventory, and organizational tasks.
- Participate in advanced education and technique development.
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed cosmetologist or currently enrolled in a cosmetology program.
- Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about luxury beauty and continued education.
- Eager to grow into a full stylist role within a high-end salon.
